The Client has a choice – Fee, Commission or both

To provide the excellent service of which we are so proud, we cover the costs incurred by receiving commission from product providers, fees from clients or a mixture of both, depending on client choice.

Our clients have 3 payment options (paying by fee, paying by commission or by paying by a combination of commission and fee), and the fee option offers the choice of foregoing commission.

We log all our time taken working on your affairs and, if the client prefers, a fee is charged accordingly, taking into account any commission that may have been received.

N.B. Commission is not taken in all cases, as is explained above.
